Application For Advisory Boards/Committees (Adobe Acrobat Format) Application for the Public Art & Cultural Development Board (Adobe Acrobat Format) Over the past several years, the City Council has created numerous advisory and independent boards to provide citizen participation in assisting the City Council with its responsibilities.
