City Manager and Senior Staff

Under the City's Council/Manager form of government, the Mayor and City Council appoint the City Manager & City Attorney. The City Manager appoints all Department Heads upon the advice and consent of the City Council.

Admitted to Practice in all Utah State and Federal Courts, United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Education: Bachelor of Arts - Weber State University; Graduate Studies in Public Administration - Brigham Young University; Juris Doctor - Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. Married, Five Children, Six Grandchildren.
