- There shall be no open storage of trash, debris, junk, used materials, commercial goods or building materials on property.
- Up to 2 vehicles that are wrecked, junked, dismantled, unlicensed, or inoperable may be stored on a property. Those vehicle(s) must be stored in a building or behind an opaque fence and not visible from the street or neighboring properties.
- No commercial vehicles, semi-trucks, tractors, earth moving equipment, forklifts etc. shall be parked or stored on any property.
- All weeds must not exceed 6" in height. Weed trimmings shall be removed from property.
- The entire front and street side yards are to be landscaped and maintained with lawn or other acceptable plant material.
- Park strips are to be landscaped. Mature trees are to be pruned 7 feet above the sidewalk. Sidewalks are to be clear of foliage and over-growth.
- Signs, construction or landscape material, dirt, snow, garbage, basketball standards etc. shall never be placed on any public right of way.
- Single family dwellings: Keeping or allowing people at a premise in violation of the city single-family residence requirements is prohibited. Single family dwelling is defined as including one or more persons related by blood, marriage or adoption or approved foster care, a group of not more than four (4) unrelated persons occupying a dwelling unit or a group of persons as defined by state law as a protected class, such as elderly or disabled.
- Illegal dumping: It is unlawful for any person to dump, or allow to be dumped into any sump, detention basin, storm drain, curb and gutter, drain inlet, or other storm drainage structure that conveys storm water and/or non-storm water, any type of debris, petroleum product, chemical, paint, pesticide, herbicide, heavy metal, acid or base product, solid or liquid waste product, hazardous waste product and/or human or animal waste.
