In compliance with Municipal Code 5.94 all Common Interest Communities, including Home Owner's Associations, subdivision associations, condominium associations and planned unit developments are required to register annually with the City.

There is no fee to register, but communities that fail to register may be levied a $25 fee.

Registered communities will be assigned a City Liaison to assist with community needs.
