NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE AND TO ADOPT, ENACT, OR MODIFY: A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE FOR PARKS AND RECREATION SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that South Jordan City (the “City”) has prepared a Parks and Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, including a summary of the impact fee analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, and a proposed impact fee ordinance. Copies of all of the foregoing have been placed in South Jordan City Hall located at 1600 West Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah, and South Jordan Library located at 10673 South Redwood Road, South Jordan, Utah.
Notice is hereby given that the City will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2019, beginning at 6:30 P.M. or shortly thereafter, in the Council Chambers located at South Jordan City Hall, 1600 West Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah. The purposes of the public hearing are to hear public comment, and to answer questions about, the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and the proposed impact fee ordinance, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing by the City. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. All interested persons in attendance at the public hearing shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome.
