The Public Works Department is responsible for providing services that are vital to the welfare and quality of life for residents, city staff, and the community. These services include: building and maintaining roads, delivering clean safe drinking water, protecting the rivers and streams from contamination, removing garbage and other waste, maintaining the vehicles and equipment used by the city, and more. The maintenance, program administration and daily operations keep the city running.
The divisions that make up the Public Works Department are:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
