Noise Disturbance Permit

Noise Disturbance Permit requires approval through Salt Lake County Health Department if a contractor wants to perform work prior to 7 am or to extend work past 10 pm.

  2. A copy of the approved Noise Disturbance Permit for Construction Work is required to be given to the Building Department.
  3. Demolition Permit review requires pre-demolition approval from DEQ and SLCO.
  4. Approval certificates are required documents at time of application.
  5. Applicant is required to contact utility companies for service shut off.
