On Thursday November 24th, at approximately 7:00 PM, officers and firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire in the area of 11700 South Bingham Rim Road. The firefighters were able to quickly put the fire out at which point one deceased occupant was discovered. This is being investigated as a suspicious death and is currently an active, ongoing investigation.
