Mental Health
Suncrest Counseling, 801-255-1155 (ask for Victoria Olson). Suncrest Counseling in South Jordan will provide four free counseling sessions to qualified individuals who have been affected by the pandemic in any way.
Mortgage
Community Development Corporation of Utah, 801-994-7222. If you have been financially affected by the pandemic in some way, you may qualify to receive up to $5,000 in mortgage payments.
Help Paying Rent
Utah Community Action, Housing and Case Management Program, 801-359-2444. Utah Community Action can make up to three months of emergency rental payments and provide housing counseling to get people back on their feet.
Emergency Home Repairs and Disability Modifications
Assist, 801-355-7085. Assist provides home repairs and accessibility modifications—such as water heater replacements and shower grab bars—to qualified homeowners.
Domestic Violence Shelter and Services
South Valley Services, 801-255-1095. South Valley Services provides safe shelter and ongoing supportive services to women, men, and their children who have been impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Help is available 24 hours a day.
Domestic Violence Legal Needs
Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake, 801-238-7171. The Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake helps those experiencing dating and domestic violence with legal needs.
Homeless Shelter for Medical and Hospice Care
The INN Between, 801-410-8314. The INN Between provides end-of-life care and medical respite for people experiencing homelessness.
Homeless Shelter and Services
The Road Home, 801-990-9999. The Road Home provides emergency shelter, supportive services, and housing assistance to help individuals and families step out of homelessness.
FOOD AND NUTRITION NEEDS
Utah Community Action, Food and Resource Centers, 801-359-2444. Utah Community Action Food & Resource Centers offer emergency food assistance to income-eligible community members. Clients can also meet with specialists who assess urgent needs and help lead clients to self-reliance.
