South Jordan City Police Issue Silver Alert for Vulnerable Adult Couple

SOUTH JORDAN, UT – The South Jordan Police Department is seeking help locating 89 yearold Jose Polaco (5’4”, 170 lbs., medium length gray hair, brown eyes) and his wife 82 year-old Maria Polaco (5’4”, 140 lbs., medium length brown hair, brown eyes). Jose was last seen wearing a white shirt, green or gray jacket, with blue jeans, and brown western style hat. Maria was last seen wearing a black V-neck t-shirt and blue jeans. The Polacos were seen leaving their home around 11:00 a.m. this morning and are believed to be driving a black 2014 Nissan Altima (UT plate E993RA). Jose suffers memory loss issues and Maria suffers from dementia. South Jordan Police believe they may be in the Tooele area.
