Dear SoJo Residents:

During the conversion to our new utility billing system, it was discovered that a small number of duplicate bills were mailed out to customers. Typically, this duplicate bill was addressed to the secondary name on the account. This issue has been resolved on most accounts, and the City is correcting the remaining accounts. In the event you received a duplicate bill, please verify the bill number and premise address, (both should be the same for all the bills sent) and contact the City for the correct Customer ID number if you wish to create an online account. If the bill number and premise address are different, it is not a duplicate bill.
