The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has recently started a State Environmental Study (SES) to evaluate a freeway style interchange at Bangerter Highway and 9800 South in order to reduce congestion and improve safety.

The study team is hosting two initial public meetings (one online and one in-person) to gather feedback about overall transportation needs and environmental issues that should be considered during the study. Input received will help the team develop and refine the preferred design concept that will be available for comment later in the environmental study process.
