The South Jordan Fitness & Aquatic Center is your family friendly center for fitness fun. Splash in the leisure pool, shoot hoops in the gym or score a goal on the indoor turf – we have something for everyone. Looking for a great workout? We have multiple cardio and circuit areas, a weight room, an indoor track and a variety of group fitness classes to help you meet your fitness goals. Come by for a tour and more information!

Our affordable memberships include access to all land and water group fitness classes*, workout areas*, turf field**, basketball courts** and leisure pool. Not sure you are ready to commit? You are sure to find a group fitness class to meet your needs with our robust schedule. We offer more than 90 classes per week with several different formats and amazing instructors. Challenge yourself in TRX or cycling, dance your blues away in High Fitness, Zumba or Barre, improve balance and mood in yoga or silver sneakers, and strengthen in aqua cardio. The opportunities for fitness are endless! Looking for a more personal approach to fitness?
