You are sure to find a group fitness class to meet your needs with our robust schedule. We offer more than 90 classes per week with several different formats and amazing instructors. Challenge yourself in TRX or cycling, dance your blues away in High Fitness, Zumba or Barre, improve balance and mood in yoga or silver sneakers, and strengthen in aqua cardio.
