This year’s event will help support the Jordan Education Foundation – Principal’s Pantry. More than a thousand children who used to go home hungry each weekend after school now receive food from Principal Pantries and weekend backpacks through donations to the foundation. Cash contributions to Principal’s Pantry can be made at the event or included in your Advance Purchase Food Ticket Vouchers.
Public Charge: There is no charge for events but we encourage donations to the Principal’s Pantry.

Type: Classroom Based (Presented by an AHA Certified Instructor)
Summary: This course taeches CPR and relief of choking in adults and children, Automatic External
Defibrillator (AED) use and the use of various types of barriers. A Heartsaver AED course
completion card will be issued upon completion of this course.
Length: Approximately 2.5 hours
Size: 10-20 students
Cost: Free for persons who live or work in South Jordan City. A fee of $25 will
apply to all others.
*To insure a learning environment for all, the classroom will be closed for entry 5 minutes after the start of class. Late participants will need to reschedule to attend another class. All participants will be expected to participate in both classroom learning as well as the practical testing. A card will not be issued if the student does not participate. There will be no cell phone usage in the classroom.
